Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift

Location: Chandler, Arizona

Scope of the job:

Manages the daily/weekly repair plan, organizes, and controls tasks for entrusted assembly/decon lines in accordance with customer requests.

Responsible for the outcome of assembly/decon lines (productivity, volume, efficiency, etc.) while adhering to all safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Completes Lead safe and act safe observations, ensures safety principles are followed, manages and analyzes risk assessments and safety regulations, reports incidents within 24 hours.
• Manages safety drills and introduces weekly safety topics.
• Checks equipment daily and manages absenteeism and overtime.
• Ensures PPE compliance and updates ITP documentation, leads audits, and implements actions based on RCE audits.
• Ensures ISO 9001 compliance, manages calibration of tools, and supports process improvements and KAIZENs.
• Prepares daily plans, oversees repair order progress, and ensures on-time delivery and turnaround time targets.
• Plans manpower, leads daily meetings, and manages team flexibility for absences.
• Mentors and evaluates team members, manages data in SAP, and complies with VTPS standards.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

• Diploma or technical certification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in electro/mechanical systems, semiconductor experience preferred.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, circuit diagrams, and electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of VTPS and ability to lead meetings.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, proficiency in English, and PC literacy.
