Job summary

You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating resources and resolving issues to meet production targets. The role requires strong leadership, technical problem solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree requirement or 10-12 years manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 2 years in an engineering role.
• Minimum 2-3 years in supervision or leadership.
• Good presentation and public speaking skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shop floor activities to meet production schedules and delivery targets.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment for efficient workflow.
• Monitor operations and adjust assignments to maintain productivity.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and process requirements.
• Provide front-line leadership and foster a safe, collaborative team environment.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of production staff.
• Enforce safety and EHS policies and procedures.
• Partner with Quality to meet specifications and investigate deviations.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and boost productivity.
• Monitor KPIs such as output, scrap, downtime, and labor efficiency.
