GE Vernova is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to oversee front-line manufacturing employees and ensure daily reliability on the production line. The role requires coordinating with teams, interpreting metrics, and steering continuous improvement within defined procedures.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years manufacturing experience (or a HS diploma with 6+ years) and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. This is an onsite position in Schenectady, NY.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 1st Shift (7am-3pm)
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years manufacturing experience OR HS diploma with 6 years manufacturing experience
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage front-line manufacturing employees, typically hourly workers.
• Resolve problems using established methods and precedent.
• Collaborate with business unit teams to plan activities and explain technical issues.
• Communicate with direct team and supervisor; present metrics and project status.
