Role Overview:

As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations within your assigned area, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met. Your responsibilities include supervising team members, coordinating activities, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate activities of hourly production staff.
2. Investigate and report accidents and unsafe conditions.
3. Lead safety meetings and promote safe work behaviors.
4. Manage production schedules, quality, and team performance.
5. Handle employee relations, discipline, and training.
6. Monitor operations to reduce waste, defects, and ensure productivity.
7. Coordinate with other departments regarding production and inventory.
8. Prepare reports and analyze data for performance improvements.
9. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years supervisory experience in a production environment, union experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
