Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure safe and efficient practices on the production floor. The role enforces the plant schedule, quality standards, and engages every team member in optimal performance.

The candidate will lead shifts, manage changes, analyze data for MTBF, and drive improvements in line uptime and GMP compliance. Excellent leadership and collaboration across maintenance, QA, and operations are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of work experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum of two years supervising or managing employees in an operations environment.
• Beverage or consumer goods experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and LEAN Six Sigma.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and development skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Verify readiness of the production line at start-up and oversee changeovers.
• Adjust schedules to meet business needs and analyze data for MTBF and downtime.
• Manage line efficiencies, KPIs, and production downtime within OPEX budget.
• Monitor production processes and ensure GMP and quality standards.
• Lead training and development of production team members.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, QA and warehouse to hit goals.
