Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Nashville, TN seeks a Production Lead to support the Manufacturing Shift Manager and Supervisors by guiding the team, assisting with training, and ensuring safe, efficient production operations.

You will coordinate daily activities, lead shift meetings, monitor equipment setup and changeovers across multiple machines, and uphold quality, safety, and company values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient operations
• Leads pre- and post-shift meetings and communicates key updates to the team
• Ensures production processes and systems (e.g., SAP, D4A, Altizon) are followed and accurate
• Performs equipment setup, startup, operation, and changeovers across multiple machines
• Monitors production, inspects product quality, and makes adjustments to maintain standards
• Trains new team members and provides day-to-day guidance on the production line
