Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Kansas is seeking an Operational Technician to efficiently operate production equipment and safely produce high quality beverages. You will work with high-speed packaging, perform changeovers, and maintain accurate production data.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing experience, and basic computer/tech skills. This is a full-time position on a 12-hour rotating schedule with orientation and training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of work experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Basic math, reading and problem-solving skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed packaging equipment and fill cans or bottles.
• Monitor blow-mold tech and apply brand labels to products.
• Perform changeovers and routine inspections to minimize downtime.
• Maintain production data and quality records in the system.
• Perform cleaning, inspection and lubrication (CIL) on equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and complete required training.
