Coca-Cola UNITED seeks a Supervisor – Production to oversee hourly associates on the production lines, driving safety, quality and cost efficiency. You will supervise daily activities, hire and train staff, plan and direct work, and collaborate with maintenance and support teams to sustain continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to coach multiple teammates while complying with all policies. Weekend or flexible scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3–5 years related experience or equivalent.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays or flexible schedule.
• Experience operating packaging equipment and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily duties of hourly production associates.
• Interview, hire, and train associates; plan and direct work.
• Enforce company policies; coach and develop leaders.
• Oversee production lines to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance and support teams; ensure compliance with CMMS/PLMS.
