Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Supervisor – Maintenance to lead maintenance mechanics, implement preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment reliability. You will train the team, plan work, and direct repairs to meet high quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee safety policies, coordinate CMMS/PLMS systems, and strive for continuous improvement in line with company goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with company policy
• English reading/writing ability
• Associate degree or two-year technical training or 6 months to 1 year related experience
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays
• Experience with packaging, filling and palletizing equipment

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance mechanics to perform preventative/corrective maintenance
• Train team members on technical processes
• Plan, assign and direct work
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Direct maintenance technicians in proper repairs
• Enforce safety and parts room procedures
• Oversee CMMS and PLMS usage
• Ensure equipment operates to original specs
• Respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner
