Aerotek is seeking a 1st shift Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in Tinley Park, IL. The role focuses on safe, efficient production meeting quality standards, with accountability for coaching, scheduling, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership in a chemical manufacturing environment, strong problem-solving, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are preferred. This onsite position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Chemical production industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure output meets quality and formula specifications.
• Assign responsibilities, coordinate workflow, and prepare employee schedules.
• Communicate daily and weekly production goals to team members.
• Coach, train, and develop production employees.
• Troubleshoot production and equipment-related issues.
• Monitor production output and ensure compliance with established specifications.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $80000.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
