Production Supervisor – Manufacturing | Milwaukee, WI

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for safety, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement? We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our shop floor team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll drive daily production operations, ensure quality standards are met, and foster a culture of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor hourly production staff to meet daily goals for output, quality, and safety.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
Monitor and adjust schedules and staffing as needed to meet production targets.
Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
Maintain accurate documentation of timecards, labor, materials, and output.

Qualifications:

3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong background in safety compliance, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
Skilled in performance metrics, production scheduling, and quality control.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
