Job Title: Production Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily operations, production, maintenance, and safety at our manufacturing facility. This role ensures efficient, cost-effective production while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a strong culture of safety across the facility.
Oversee daily production and maintenance operations to meet quality and efficiency goals.
Hire, train, and develop plant employees while addressing performance issues promptly and fairly.
Monitor and improve operational efficiency of facilities and equipment.
Manage parts inventory, maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment purchases.
Perform regular product quality inspections.
Collaborate on new product development initiatives.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Proven leadership experience in a production or maintenance environment.
