Join a top manufacturing company who is looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.
• Lead, train, and motivate production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
• Monitor workflow, manage schedules, and coordinate with other departments to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot equipment or process issues, working with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including production metrics, shift handovers, and incident documentation.

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years of production leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Experience with GMP, KPIs, 5S, Kaizen, OEE, and continuous improvement (preferred)
• Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
