Who Are We Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our team. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in supervising, management, or leading a team, particularly within the food industry. The Production Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring that production operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Production Manager and other team members to plan and schedule projects.
• Ensure all production activities comply with food safety regulations and policies.
• Oversee proper handling and storage of food products, ensuring compliance with FDA, SQF, and other standards.
• Supervise and mentor the Production Team, providing guidance and coaching.
• Foster a positive work environment, supporting mentoring and team coaching.
• Address and resolve team issues, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure the Production Team has all necessary supplies, materials, and uniforms.
• Use Microsoft Office tools to log batch numbers, create SOPs, and maintain documentation.
• Track and report production metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Pay

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours/week, 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.

Requirements

• High School Degree or equivalent; Bachelor's in Food Industry preferred.
• Food Handler's Card in San Bernardino County is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing, handling, or management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• English required; Spanish preferred.
