A Japanese Food Manufacturing Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their production team!

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Position Details

• Industry: Japanese Food Manufacturing
• Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA / Los Angeles Area
• Pay: $22-25/hr (DOE) plus benefits
• Status: Full-time / Direct hire

Job Duties

1. Manage and direct the production employees in the fabrication, bagger (RTE), forming, or packing departments to achieve daily production schedules.
2. Review e-time and prepare necessary paperwork.
3. Foster a team environment.
4. Coordinate activities with Maintenance and Quality Control departments.
5. Ensure all USDA regulations are understood and communicated to the workforce.
6. Maintain safety standards and results in the managed department.
7. Perform any support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a food-processing environment at the supervisor level.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
