Job Responsibilities

1. Identify daily production challenges and implement solutions to meet schedules
2. Act as a link between associates and management, supporting team through changes
3. Develop and monitor standardized work for direct reports
4. Audit key areas like quality, safety, and scrap
5. Conduct daily team meetings and set expectations
6. Monitor production hourly, remove bottlenecks, and ensure goals are met
7. Oversee continuous flow and materials delivery, driving process improvements
8. Develop associates' skills and expand team capabilities
9. Review production schedules and estimate hours for tasks
10. Interpret specifications and delegate duties accordingly
11. Recommend improvements in production, equipment, and working conditions
12. Promote safety rules and motivate team members

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Lean manufacturing in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire teams
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn Lean manufacturing techniques
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
