Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Reports To: Chief Electrician

Location: Shoals Plant

About Us

We’re seeking an Electrical Supervisor with strong technical expertise, a coaching mindset, and organizational skills to lead a team of electricians in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide daily direction and support to electricians, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  2. Coach, mentor, and develop electricians at all experience levels, including managing training plans and maintaining the training matrix.
  3. Oversee the weekly electrical job schedule; assign work based on manpower and priorities.
  4. Collaborate with the Chief Electrician and Electrical Planner on job plans and resource strategies.
  5. Conduct daily walks, participate in housekeeping reviews, and ensure safety and standards are met.
  6. Lead weekly team meetings to align with plant goals and promote engagement.
  7. Maintain an organized electrical shop following 5S principles.
  8. Ensure proper documentation of electrical inspections.
  9. Review and update standard operating procedures and safe work plans.
  10. Serve as a role model for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of electrical experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Proven leadership and team development abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Knowledge of safety compliance and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EAM, Oracle, and generating reports.
Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Salary: $44.60, with potential adjustments based on experience and qualifications.
