Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Cayce, SC bakery. You will lead daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while developing a high-performing team.

You’ll drive continuous improvement, monitor performance, and coordinate with Maintenance and Quality to address issues. A strong manufacturing background and leadership skills are essential.

About The Role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Cayce, SC bakery. As a Production Supervisor, you will be accountable for leading daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently achieved while developing and supporting a high-performing team. This role is critical to maintaining efficient operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and manufacturing standards.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring To The Table)

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients For Success)

• 4 or more years of manufacturing experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or bakery environment.
• Experience working with SAP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, root cause analysis, and operational efficiency initiatives.
