Blue Rhino, a Ferrellgas company, is hiring a Full-Time 2nd Shift Production Specialist II in Leesburg, FL. This hands-on role involves lifting 40 lb cylinders, cleaning, leak-testing, and inspecting to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

You'll work 5:00pm to 3:30am in a team-focused, outdoor environment, with comprehensive benefits including health, disability, retirement plans, PTO, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Applicants must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Performs Washer functions: place cylinders on conveyer belt, sorting, removing sleeve, peeling label.
• Cylinders dispatched to paint, fill, or rework stations.
• Completes Paint Line operations: loading cylinders in tank hanger, applying paint bag, unloading hanger.
• Operates Shot Blast, Tare weight entry, Capper, and Stacker.
• Manually checks for leaks, weight issues, or sleeve malfunctions.
• Performs cylinder refurb operations based on workstation.
• Stacks finished product and checks quality.

Blue Rhino is seeking a Full-Time 2nd Shift Production Specialist II to join our hardworking and safety-focused team. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive role where you’ll frequently lift and stack 40 lb. propane cylinders while working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Every cylinder you handle is cleaned, leak-tested, and inspected, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Schedule: 5:00pm - 3:30am

Pay: $19.50 hourly

• Operates Shot Blast, Tare weight entry station, Capper (data code label), and Stacker (palletizing).
• Manually checks for leaks, weight problems, or sleeve malfunctions.
• Performs cylinder refurb operations based on workstation.
• Stacksfinished product.
• Checks for quality assurance.
• Some positions may require the ability to lift 35 pounds repeatedly throughout the day and in all weather conditions

Qualifications

• Possess integrity and a good work ethic.
• Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and reliable.
• Ability to work overtime, as required
• Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal.
