Job summary

Blue Rhino in Dallas is seeking a 2nd Shift Full-Time Production Specialist to join a safety-focused team. This hands-on role involves lifting and stacking 40 lb cylinders and performing tasks on the paint line, washer, and inspection steps in outdoor weather.

You will work 5:00pm–3:30am with paid benefits including health coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, and opportunities for growth from Level I to Senior Level, depending on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Performs washer functions including placing cylinders on conveyer belt and sorting.
• Cylinders dispatched to paint, fill, or rework stations.
• Completes paint line operations and loads cylinders in tank hanger.
• Operates shot blast, tare weight entry, capper, and stacker.
• Manually checks for leaks, weight issues, or sleeve malfunctions.
• Performs cylinder refurb operations and stacks finished product.
• Checks for quality assurance.

Pay: With consistent learning and strong performance, you can quickly advance from Level I to Level II and up to Senior Level. Below is the pay scale that shows your opportunity for growth:

Responsibilities

• Performs Washer functions which include placing cylinders on conveyer belt, sorting, removing sleeve and peeling label.
• Cylinders dispatch to paint, fill, or rework stations.
• Completes Paint Line operations which include loading cylinders in tank hanger, applying paint bag applicator, and unloading tank hanger.
• Operates Shot Blast, Tare weight entry station, Capper (data code label), and Stacker (palletizing).
• Manually checks for leaks, weight problems, or sleeve malfunctions.
• Performs cylinder refurb operations based on workstation.
• Stacks finished product.
• Checks for quality assurance.

• Possess integrity and a good work ethic.
• Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and reliable.
• Ability to work overtime, as required
• Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States
