Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Production Supervisor in Oklahoma City to coordinate daily production activities, lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates, and ensure safe, efficient operations. The role emphasizes training, quality control, and accurate attendance records within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong clerical and computer skills, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school education; some college or equivalent experience preferred.
• Clerical, computer skills and good verbal communications.
• Majority of time spent standing and walking during shifts up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of the Production Team to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.
• Provide for a safe work environment through proper training and ensure product quality using statistical methods.
• Direct responsibility for shift personnel including mold techs, team leaders, and machine operators.
• Track hours worked and ensure attendance and time off are properly recorded.
• Issue disciplinary actions and manage performance evaluations with HR for shift staff.
