Zusammenfassung

Amcor is seeking a Production Team Supervisor to coordinate daily activities and maximize productivity at the Oklahoma City plant. You will lead a team, ensure safety training, and apply quality controls to production processes.

The role requires supervising mold techs, team leaders, and machine operators, while maintaining accurate attendance and payroll records for hourly staff. This position is based on-site at our OKC facility.

Qualifikationen

• High school education; some college preferred.
• Clerical and computer skills required; good verbal communication.
• Must stand and walk up to 12 hours in a production environment.

• Coordinate daily activities of the Production Team to maximize productivity.
• Ensure safety and train new associates; manage probationary evaluations.
• Direct supervision of mold techs, team leaders, and machine operators.
• Verify attendance and payroll related records.
