Job summary

Proudworks is seeking a Production Services Supervisor to supervise and train workers with disabilities in a light manufacturing environment. You will oversee daily production operations, quality control, materials handling, and recordkeeping while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with team members to meet goals, provide hands-on training, and adapt to a variety of job requirements, including operating company vehicles as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
• 6 months of experience in logistics, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued.
• Previous experience with forklift operation or supervisory roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and specialized training to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities within a manufacturing setting.
• Manage production recordkeeping and maintain strict quality control standards for all work center outputs.
• Oversee material control, including shipping, receiving, and the handling of production supplies.
• Maintain safety awareness and ensure health and housekeeping standards are met.
• Operate company vehicles as required to support departmental needs and logistics.
• Move about the production floor to provide hands-on assistance to clients and staff.
• Perform direct demonstration training to help clients reach specific goals.
