Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing production or scheduling preferred.
• Ability to work with adults with developmental disabilities or physical challenges.
• Knowledge of food safety programs (HACCP) and related regulations preferred.
• Strong planning, forecasting, and scheduling skills; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversees product production, prioritizes jobs, and schedules work.
• Trains clients and staff, directs workflow, and monitors progress.
• Ensures adherence to procedures, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinates with Production Manager and staff on schedules and changes.
• Communicates with customers to understand specifications and due dates.
• Leads departmental meetings and represents supervisor when absent.
• Maintains documentation including memos, reports, and case notes.
