Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Production Supervisor to support our Audubon facility. You will assist the Warehouse Manager in leading the Production Team. Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of assembly workers with and without disabilities.
  • Establish daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
  • Manage workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
  • Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity across a multiunit production line.
  • Oversee safe use of equipment and coordinate regular maintenance.
  • Verify production output according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
  • Train new employees on safe machinery use and established procedures.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
  • Assist in production line duties as needed.
  • Identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Schedule employees by job function to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, fax).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong production focus with a drive for accurate results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work with individuals with special needs, including employees with disabilities.
  • Experience using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, paired with a results-driven approach.
