Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow, assign workstations and schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Train and mentor individuals with disabilities and collaborate with service coordinators on goals.
• Ensure safety procedures, policies and quality standards are followed; provide safety instruction.
• Maintain attendance records and approve timesheets; assist with onboarding and training.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely, including Medicaid-related certifications and training.
