Job summary

ManpowerGroup’s Global Markets technology organization seeks an Application Programmer III to support the Equities platform and end-user needs. You will manage incident/problem tasks, monitor services, and ensure stable production operations across a global team.

You will coordinate changes, drive root cause analysis, and onboard new applications while collaborating with vendors and business operations to ensure readiness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in application support and/or development.
• Strong knowledge of Global Markets technology ecosystem and equities domain understanding.
• Experience with Windows, UNIX, Linux, and SQL; advanced query and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven experience with monitoring tools: ITRS Geneos, Splunk, Dynatrace.
• Programming/scripting: Python, Unix scripting, Java; ITIL SDLC principles; JIRA experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by monitoring, triage, and resolution of end-user requests.
• Lead incident and problem management, perform root cause analysis, drive preventative actions.
• Gatekeeper for production change activities and releases, ensuring proper processes.
• Onboard new applications and coordinate with development, business operations, and other trading apps for readiness.
• Maintain governance through analytics, capacity/availability management, and policy improvements.
