Experis is seeking an Application Programmer III in Charlotte, NC to join a Production Services team. You will handle day-to-day production support, monitoring, incident management, and governance to ensure reliable technology platforms.

Responsibilities include escalation ownership, troubleshooting with advanced queries, and contributing to policy improvements. The role emphasizes collaboration with development and business operations teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of Production Support experience.
• 3+ years working in a Linux environment.
• Experience writing SQL to query data for investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with an application performance monitoring tool such as AppDynamics, Introscope, or Dynatrace.
• Experience with Splunk or another log aggregation tool.

Aufgaben

• Run day-to-day Production Support operations for the technology platform, including Problem/Incident Management, Release/Deployment, and Operational Readiness.
• Monitor applications and services, maintain service analytics and reporting, and support Production Governance activities.
• Identify possible production failure scenarios, create incident tickets, and open enhancements and/or problem tickets in the ticket tracking system.
• Take ownership of escalations and perform troubleshooting, analysis, research, and resolution using advanced query and programming skills.
• Adopt best-practice guidelines by creating and enhancing administrative, operational, and technical policies and procedures; maintain metrics to drive continuous improvement.
