Modern Exteriors is seeking a highly organized Production Coordinator to support daily operations of the production department. You will coordinate projects from sale to installation, ensuring materials, scheduling, permits, and customer communication are handled efficiently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to navigate and manage projects within JobNimbus CRM.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from sold status to Job in Progress and schedule installations.
• Assist with scheduling installation crews and service appointments.
• Coordinate material deliveries, dumpster orders, and labor scheduling.
• Confirm installation details and timelines with customers.
• Monitor project progress and identify scheduling delays.
• Ensure projects move efficiently through the production pipeline.
• Maintain accurate project information in JobNimbus CRM and track updates.
• Submit HOA approvals and permit applications.
• Maintain records in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Communicate project updates with internal departments and leadership.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and manage expectations.
