Job summary

OrePac Building Products in Spokane, WA is hiring for a full-time operations/administrative support role. This position supports the Shop Manager, coordinates work orders, and ensures materials and personnel are available to meet project needs.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic math, and experience with Microsoft Office; BisTrack experience is a plus. Spanish may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year of experience preferred.
• Clear communication, with Spanish language ability depending on location.
• Basic math and ability to read a tape measure; accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Shop Manager to ensure available personnel and assets.
• Review printed work orders for accuracy and coordinate with sales for changes.
• Organize and distribute work orders to the correct personnel.
• Assist in door/pre-finish shops as needed.
