Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Scheduler to translate the production plan into detailed, time-phased shop floor schedules.

The role collaborates with manufacturing, planning, materials, and logistics to keep work orders flowing and on time. Reporting to the Manufacturing Planning and Control Manager, you will balance resources, adjust plans for downtime or changes, and maintain scheduling data in our ERP system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in production scheduling, shop floor coordination, or manufacturing support.
• Experience in OEM, discrete manufacturing, or configure-to-order environments preferred.
• Travel 0-10%
• Typical work hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed production schedules that sequence work orders across lines, centers, and shifts.
• Ensure schedules align with material availability, labor resources, and capacity constraints.
• Adjust and reschedule tasks in response to downtime, material shortages, or order changes.
• Collaborate daily with production, planning, materials, and logistics teams to review schedule adherence and resolve issues.
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders and align with delivery timelines.
• Release work orders and prioritize urgent or at-risk orders to maintain MPS compliance.
• Maintain scheduling data in ERP/APS, track KPIs, and generate performance reports.
