Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduling Coordinator to release production orders and travelers to ensure on-time manufacturing.

This role works closely with schedulers, production, procurement, and materials teams to maintain smooth flow and timely delivery of Excellerate Products. Reporting to the Senior Manufacturing Planning and Control Manager, the coordinator focuses on synchronizing work through timely releasing of orders and travelers.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Degree or GED.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in production, shop floor coordination, or manufacturing support in a manufacturing environments
• Travel: 0-5%
• Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Release production orders and associated job packets as required per the schedule.
• Collect and reconcile completed job packets.
• Assist schedulers in revising production orders and job packets as needed.
• Assist schedulers in monitoring material availability on production orders.
• Assist in tracking key performance indicators such as schedule adherence, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery.
• Assist in communicating schedule changes clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional initiatives focused on lead time reduction, flow improvement, and responsiveness.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
