You will analyze capacity, issue production schedules, and coordinate with operations and purchasing teams to ensure timely material delivery. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with some college coursework in business preferred.
• Knowledge of business products and manufacturing environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel and Word; able to learn the Lawson system.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced plant setting.
• Ability to solve practical problems and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements.
• Issue production schedules to plants to maximize on-time delivery.
• Advise on shipping information and delivery dates.
• Maintain communication with production and purchasing on materials status.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and participate in physical inventories.
• Order/unload raw materials and manage purchasing entries in the system.
• Support Operations Manager and EH&S with safety training as needed.
