Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is hiring an Operations Coordinator to align manufacturing output with customer demand by creating daily production schedules, MOs and inventory oversight. You will link Sales, Operations and Supply Chain, managing item setups in Infor Cloud and mold management.

Qualifications: high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in manufacturing or accounting; strong communication, organization and Excel skills; experience with Tableau, Infor OS Cloud and Salesforce preferred.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or accounting.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Tableau, Infor OS Cloud and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze inventory and items shipped reports.
• Prepare daily production schedules and MOs based on demand.
• Communicate schedule changes with production and customer service.
• Provide accurate daily production and schedule control reporting.
• Conduct root cause analysis of daily yard reconciliation.
• Maintain Mold Management system and life cycle of all molds.
• Manage current and new item setups in Infor Cloud.
• Monitor raw material inventory and pricing updates.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and coordinate with vendors.
• Assist accounting with PO discrepancies.
• Partner with customer service on product availability inquiries.
• Participate in quarterly finished goods inventory and BOM updates.
• Communicate with site leaders about schedule, materials, delays.
• Handle additional duties as needed.
