Qualifications

• 7+ years of Production/Manufacturing in a food environment.
• HACCP and GMP certifications preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Determine headcount requirements and labor utilization.
• Schedule equipment and team resources to support each plan.
• Track component yield rates to meet business goals.
• Manage work order maintenance and ensure audits/ closures.
