Atcreman seeks a skilled Scheduler in Oklahoma City to plan and prepare production schedules across product lines. The role requires reviewing requirements, ensuring material availability, and coordinating with supervisors to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate will manage cores, address shortfalls, and produce performance reports, leveraging strong Excel, ERP, and cross-functional collaboration skills to optimize manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field with 5 years in Scheduling/Inventory Control.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing planning, demand and replenishment processes.

Responsibilities

• Produces daily quantity build schedule by product line.
• Reviews daily production requirements and material availability.
• Identifies and remedies shortfalls in core, dunnage, and materials.
• Orders core from customer as needed.
• Coordinates with department supervisors on project status.
• Expedites and adjusts schedules to meet conditions.
• Prepares reports on production performance and forecast accuracy.
• Maintains Work Order Plan Tracker/dashboard ownership.
