Contech Engineered Solutions LLC is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate raw materials, purchasing, production scheduling, and shipping to meet customer demands. The role emphasizes scheduling accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage order entry, plan daily production, optimize logistics, control inventory levels, and maintain clear communication with sales and plant teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with inventory control, loading, and shipping procedures.
• Ability to read shop drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Order Management: receive orders, set delivery dates based on material availability and production schedules.
• Production Planning: establish plans and daily work schedules for hourly staff to optimize efficiency.
• Shipping and Logistics: select carriers, coordinate shipments, plan routes and loading schedules.
• Inventory Management: order materials, manage BOMs, maintain inventory levels.
• Communication and Coordination: inform sales and plant teams about availability and changes.
• Documentation and Compliance: prepare certificates, coordinate inspections as required.
