Acutec Precision Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Planner to drive high-level production schedules across machining centers, balancing capacity with demand to meet delivery targets.

You will analyze constrained versus unconstrained capacity, support SIOP, and collaborate to resolve scheduling conflicts while maintaining accurate ERP/MRP data. The role requires strong Excel and ERP/MRP proficiency and familiarity with aerospace quality systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience in production scheduling or capacity planning in a machining environment.
• Experience analyzing constrained vs unconstrained capacity and identifying bottlenecks.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems including Epicor, IQMS/DELMIAworks, SAP.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with aerospace quality systems (AS9100) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor flow of low mix / high volume production jobs and manage bottlenecks.
• Support SIOP processes by aligning forecasts with capacity.
• Analyze constrained vs unconstrained capacity scenarios to identify bottlenecks.
• Build capacity planning models using machine hours, labor, and tooling constraints.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, and Program Management to prioritize jobs and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data incl. routings, standard times, and work center capacities.
• Track schedule adherence and analyze root causes of slippage with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement of scheduling, planning, and capacity analysis.
• Schedule and manage expedite requests with Sales.
• Monitor ESB and work with Plant managers to maximize scheduling outcomes.
• Establish AR targets and monitor monthly progress.
