Plasman in Lawrenceburg, TN is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate production activities and maintain customer delivery requirements. Reports to Materials Manager Scheduling/Logistics Supervisor and requires hands-on scheduling, ERP usage, and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will manage 5-day assembly and 16-week production schedules, optimize finished goods inventory, and ensure safe, efficient operations aligned with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards.

Formación

• Must possess a secondary school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to those who have completed some or all of a college level program.
• Must have 3-5 years’ experience in a related field and those with experience in Scheduling will be given preference.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, inventory management, and production environments
• Some proficiency in Excel, pivot tables, and data analysis

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate production activities throughout the plant to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and administer 5-day assembly schedule and 16-week production schedule.
• Communicate schedules to Purchasing, Maintenance and Plant Supervisors.
• Ensure finished goods inventory levels and timely shipments to customers.
• Promote safety and maintain a clean work environment.
• Support ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 compliance and participate in audits.
