Position Summary

Under the direction of the CFO, the Production Scheduler will develop and improve scheduling models as well as perform data analysis to enhance overall production performance and meet customer and company needs. The role involves recommending system and process improvements to optimize the supply chain, coordinating cross-functionally to implement changes, and ensuring manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently while meeting KPIs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing schedules.
  2. Assist with KPI performance measurement, root cause analysis, and gap closure.
  3. Maintain understanding of materials, sizes, and product segments.
  4. Oversee purchasing of supplies and maintain supplier relationships.
  5. Create and maintain scheduling models to minimize asset downtime.
  6. Proactively schedule to exceed customer delivery expectations and maintain On Time Delivery >98%.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally to understand internal responsibilities.
  8. Participate in cycle counting for inventory accuracy.
  9. Perform data analysis and generate reports for management and sales.
Education and Experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of production scheduling experience.
  • Experience with SIOP systems and processes.
  • High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
