Job Description

Overview:
Seeking a Production Scheduler to oversee planning for 9 key manufacturing areas, ensuring timely production to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain production and shop order schedules
2. Monitor inventory levels and forecast to avoid shortages
3. Coordinate with suppliers, QA, and internal departments
4. Utilize ERP systems (preferably IFS) and Excel for planning
5. Communicate schedule changes and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree required.
2. 2+ years in a supply chain role within a manufacturing environment. This is not a corporate office position.
3. Proficient in Excel, S&OP, and ERP systems.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills.
5. Competitive salary and bonus program ($75-85K + 5% bonus potential).

7. This position is onsite 5 days per week. Remote or hybrid schedules are not available.
