Razorfish is seeking an experienced Business Affairs Manager to support video and photography content productions across client accounts. You will partner with creative teams, producers and legal to manage business, rights, and asset tracking.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and experienced with talent, music rights, and production‑related business affairs within an agency. This is a hybrid role with 4 days/week in office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Marketing/Communications.
• Experience in an advertising agency or production environment is preferred.
• Interest in learning about all types of production work and advertising law.

Responsabilités

• Prepare production and talent estimates (Union & Non-Union).
• Review boards/scripts and route concerns to legal counsel.
• Review vendor bids; prepare contracts and purchase orders.
• Assist with job reconciliation and asset tracking.
• Coordinate with Production, Legal, Finance and Account Teams.
• Maintain the Business Affairs dashboard and metadata systems.
