Job summary

Razorfish seeks a seasoned Business Affairs Manager to support video and photography productions across client accounts. You will coordinate talent, music, and usage rights, partnering with creative, legal, and finance teams to manage contracts and asset licenses.

This role emphasizes organization, detail-orientation, and multitasking in a dynamic agency environment. The position is hybrid with about four days per week in the office, offering opportunities to influence rights management

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Advertising/Marketing/Communications required.
3+ years in an advertising agency/production or Business Affairs.
Interest in Production Law and rights management.

Responsibilities

Assist Business Affairs Managers with day-to-day duties including production and talent estimates (Union & Non-Union).
Review boards/scripts and route to legal counsel for review.
Review vendor bids and prepare production contracts and PO’s in finance system.
Help with job reconciliation and liaise between Production, Legal, Finance and Account Teams.
Manage rights tracker for licenses, renewals, and asset metadata; input assets into trackers.
Process Talent payments on third-party payroll platforms; assist in closing reports.
Assist with Client transfer documentation for agency assets to new clients.
Maintain the agency-wide Business Affairs Dashboard.
