Job summary

Razorfish in the United States is seeking an experienced Business Affairs Manager to support production rights management, art buying, and cross-functional coordination across client accounts.

You will partner with Business Affairs, Art Buyers, producers, and legal to manage talent, music, and usage rights, while maintaining dashboards and client documentation. This role is hybrid, requiring four days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Advertising/Marketing/Communications is required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in an advertising agency or production/biz affairs role.
• Interest in learning about Production Work and Advertising Law.
• Basic knowledge of SAG Talent, Content Production and internet/social video elements.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Affairs Managers with day-to-day responsibilities and production estimates.
• Review boards/scripts and route to legal counsel as needed.
• Review vendor bids, prepare contracts and cut POs in the finance system.
• Coordinate talent payments on third-party payroll platforms.
• Maintain asset trackers, renewals, and production-related documentation.
• Manage rights and asset metadata across internal systems and dashboards.
• Support art buying on stock music, image, and footage licensing requests.
