Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee production and support retail operations. You will lead staff meetings, coach team members, and monitor production metrics while ensuring budgets and revenue targets are met.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to read and write English, and competent computer/software use. Flexible hours and weekend scheduling may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal, communication, monetary, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate with staff and guests.
• Must have computer experience and be competent in internet use and various software applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular staff meetings to improve communication (daily toolbox talks, monthly dept meetings, weekly management meetings).
• Develop a superior workforce through coaching conversations and development plans; address staff not meeting expectations.
• Review production results daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Monitor staff productivity to set standards and take corrective actions.
• Primary focus on Production; knowledgeable in Retail operations as well.
• Assist in staffing model scheduling and salary expenditure forecasting.
• Assist in timely reporting for HR, Safety/Asset Protection, and Accounting.
• Responsible for store performance and budgets in revenue, payroll, and controllable expenses.
