The role emphasizes production but requires knowledge of retail processes and budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.

Strong interpersonal and English communication skills are essential, along with computer literacy and the ability to work with staff facing disabilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, monetary, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Must have computer experience and be competent in internet use and a variety of computer software applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular staff meetings to improve communication (daily toolbox talks, monthly department meetings, weekly management team meetings).
• Coach staff to develop performance and address underperformance per HR direction.
• Review production results daily, weekly, and monthly to monitor performance.
• Monitor staff productivity to meet standards and adjust as needed.
• Assist in Production and Retail operations; support staffing models, scheduling, and salary expenditure tracking.
• Assist with timely and accurate reporting related to HR, Safety/Asset Protection, and Accounting.
• Contribute to store performance and help meet revenue and payroll budgets.
