Easterseals-Goodwill is seeking an Assistant Manager to support both production and retail operations, lead staff meetings, and assist in planning, training, and scheduling to meet financial goals. The role emphasizes professional staff leadership and strong customer service in a disability-inclusive environment.

The assistant manager will monitor performance, collaborate with HR and accounting, and help ensure the store achieves revenue targets while controlling payroll and expenses.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient with computers and common software applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular staff meetings (toolbox talks, department meetings, management meetings).
• Assist manager in planning, training, and scheduling staff; manage payroll and expenses to meet budgets.
• Monitor production and retail results daily/weekly/monthly and take corrective actions as needed.
• Support HR, Safety/Asset Protection, and accounting reporting with accurate documentation.
• Ensure the store performs to revenue and cost targets and maintains professional customer service.
