Job summary

Divergent in Los Angeles is seeking a Lead/Manager, Production Recruiting to act as a player-coach for the Production Recruiting team. You will own full-cycle recruitment for production roles while guiding the team to meet aggressive hiring goals in a fast-paced advanced manufacturing environment.

You will partner with Production leadership and hiring managers to set requirements, pipelines, and timelines, coaching others and stepping in to source and hire when needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in production/manufacturing hiring.
• Experience recruiting for CNC Machinists, Technicians, Supervisors, or similar roles.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and directing recruiters.
• Strong sourcing, pipeline building, and candidate assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of production roles from intake to close.
• Recruit across CNC Machinists, Technicians, Supervisors, and other skilled production roles.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, platforms, referrals, schools, career fairs, and partnerships.
• Coach recruiters on sourcing, assessment, and hiring-manager collaboration; close candidates.
• Partner with Production leadership to align requirements, interview processes, and timelines.
