Job summary

Divergent is seeking a Lead Recruiter, Production to serve as a player-coach for our Production Recruiting team in Southern California. You will own full-cycle recruiting for production roles and develop sourcing strategies to fill high-volume, skilled positions.

You will lead, coach, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and candidate quality while maintaining a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced advanced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience supporting production, manufacturing operations, skilled trades, or technician hiring.
• Experience leading or mentoring recruiters.
• Strong sourcing skills for active and passive candidates.
• Experience managing high-volume hiring in production environments.
• Experience using an ATS such as Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of production positions from intake through offer and close.
• Recruit across CNC Machinists, Production/Manufacturing Technicians, Quality Inspectors, Metrology Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, Production Supervisors, and similar roles.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for high-volume, difficult-to-fill production talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring production hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to establish requirements, interview processes, and timelines.
• Manage candidates through the recruiting process and provide a high-quality candidate experience.
