Job summary

SecureVision is seeking a Player-Coach Senior Recruiter, Team Lead for Hardware Engineering, Embedded Recruiting and RPO in Los Angeles. You will lead a client-facing team, owning full-cycle hardware searches and driving performance across the group.

You'll collaborate with the Head of Talent and engineering leaders, ensuring top-tier candidates and scalable processes. You will run weekly pipeline reviews, calibrate the screening bar, and coach new team members to full coverage within two weeks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full life cycle recruiting in a high-growth environment.
• 2+ years leading recruiters, formally or as a player-coach.
• Deep hardware engineering recruiting experience across multiple specialties.
• Experience with robotics, aerospace, automotive, IoT, industrial, or consumer hardware is a plus.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss PCB, embedded systems, RTOS, and related stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiters and sourcers embedded with a hardware company.
• Own full life cycle recruiting for hardware engineering roles.
• Coach calibration, screening quality, and close techniques across the team.
• Manage weekly pipeline reviews with Head of Talent and engineering leaders.
• Ensure high-quality candidates with depth checks and reference verification.
• Report metrics and risks with actionable solutions.
• Support building the client’s internal recruiting capability.
